Client Service Manager

Works with mid-to-highly complex clients. Moderate engagement with executive leadership. Driving critical initiatives by building and execute a customized engagement plan for assigned clients. Analyze operational metrics and consult on areas for improvement / peer standard methodologies. Perform service reviews with clients. Influence key partners to pursue efficiency opportunities. Optimizing the client service experience by customizing service approach to drive high satisfaction, quality and efficiency for both clients and Fidelity. Build positive relationships with primary client contacts and internal business partners. Drive resolution of complex, escalated issues and prevent future recurrence when possible. Explain operational implications and action required on NF important notices & alerts based on client business model. Improving operational efficiency by orienting new clients to our firms service model. Utilize understanding of client’s business structure to identify process improvement opportunities.
