
Associate, Regulatory Reporting Operations

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements: The primary responsibility of the Associate in Regulatory Reporting Operations is to ensure that Fidelity Investments is adhering to all relevant regulatory guidelines and requirements at all times.
- Maintain accuracy of financial reporting: The Associate will be responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of Fidelity's financial reports, ensuring that all information is complete, timely, and in accordance with regulatory standards.
- Monitor regulatory changes: It will be the responsibility of the Associate to stay updated on any changes in regulatory requirements and guidelines, and ensure that Fidelity's reporting processes are adjusted accordingly.
- Collaborate with internal teams: The Associate will work closely with various internal teams, such as finance, legal, and compliance, to gather necessary information and ensure that all reporting is accurate and complete.

- Identify and mitigate risks: The Associate will be expected to proactively identify potential risks and issues related to regulatory reporting and take appropriate measures to mitigate them.
- Participate in audits and exams: The Associate will assist with regulatory audits and exams, providing necessary information and documentation to ensure a smooth and successful process.
- Stay updated on industry trends: The Associate will be responsible for staying informed about industry trends and best practices in regulatory reporting and implementing any relevant changes to improve Fidelity's processes.
- Uphold Fidelity's values: The Associate is expected to uphold Fidelity's core values of integrity, excellence, and customer focus in all aspects of their work, representing the company's commitment to maintaining the highest standards of compliance and financial reporting.
Bachelor's Degree In Accounting, Finance, Or A Related Field.
At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Financial Services Organization, With A Focus On Regulatory Reporting.
Knowledge Of Regulatory Requirements And Reporting Frameworks, Such As Sec, Finra, And/Or Occ.
Proficiency In Data Analysis And Reporting Tools, Such As Excel And Sql.
Strong Attention To Detail And Ability To Work Under Tight Deadlines In A Fast-Paced Environment.
