  2. Prepare and submit accurate and timely regulatory reports to government agencies.
  3. Conduct research and analysis to identify potential areas of non-compliance and propose solutions.
  4. Collaborate with various departments to gather necessary data for regulatory reporting.
  5. Stay updated on changes in regulatory requirements and communicate any updates to relevant stakeholders.
  6. Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  7. Identify and report any discrepancies or issues in financial reporting.
  8. Assist in the development and implementation of processes and procedures to improve regulatory reporting efficiency.
  9. Communicate with government agencies and respond to any inquiries or requests for information.
  10. Train and mentor junior team members on regulatory reporting and compliance processes.
  11. Participate in special projects and initiatives related to regulatory reporting and compliance.
  12. Maintain accurate and organized documentation for all regulatory reporting activities.
  13. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate and timely completion of regulatory reports.
  14. Continuously evaluate and improve regulatory reporting processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
  15. Adhere to all company policies and procedures related to compliance and regulatory reporting.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Finance, Accounting, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Regulatory Reporting Or A Similar Role Within The Financial Industry.

  • Strong Understanding Of Sec, Finra, And Other Regulatory Requirements For Financial Institutions.

  • Proficiency In Microsoft Excel And Other Data Analysis Tools.

  • Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams.
