  1. Conduct comprehensive risk analysis using actuarial principles and methods to inform decision-making and minimize financial risk for Fidelity Investments and its clients.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative strategies and solutions that support the company's overall financial goals.
  3. Utilize statistical modeling and data analysis techniques to evaluate financial information and make recommendations for business growth.
  4. Stay informed of industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and make proactive adjustments to strategies as needed.
  5. Communicate complex actuarial concepts and findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  6. Develop and maintain actuarial models and systems to accurately analyze and forecast financial outcomes.
  7. Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure the accuracy and integrity of actuarial data and processes.
  8. Continuously improve and streamline actuarial processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  9. Mentor and train junior actuaries and provide guidance and support to ensure high-quality work.
  10. Actively participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with industry best practices and maintain relevant certifications.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Or A Related Field.

  • Associate Of The Society Of Actuaries (Asa) Designation Or Equivalent.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In The Actuarial Field, Preferably Within The Financial Services Industry.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Interpret Complex Data And Make Sound Recommendations.

  • Knowledge Of Industry Regulations And Compliance Standards, Such As The Affordable Care Act And Hipaa.
