Asset Management Business Director

- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and maximize profitability for the Asset Management division
- Lead and manage a team of asset managers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure their success
- Monitor the market and industry trends to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of competitors
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing innovative solutions to meet their investment objectives
- Continuously assess and improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness of operations
- Collaborate with other departments within Fidelity Investments to align strategies and ensure seamless integration of services
- Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance requirements, ensuring all activities are in adherence to company policies and standards
- Create and present reports, forecasts, and analysis to senior management, highlighting the performance of the Asset Management division and identifying areas for improvement
- Set and monitor performance goals for the division and individual team members, providing regular feedback and coaching to drive success
- Represent Fidelity Investments at industry events and conferences, promoting the company's brand and building relationships with potential clients.
Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Finance, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Asset Management, With At Least 5 Years In A Leadership Or Managerial Role.
Strong Understanding Of Investment Strategies, Financial Markets, And Regulatory Guidelines.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Managing Large Portfolios And Driving Business Growth.
Excellent Communication, Negotiation, And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Build Relationships With Clients.
