  1. Analyze large and complex sets of data to support investment strategies and decision-making processes.
  2. Collaborate with team members to develop and implement data-driven solutions.
  3. Utilize cutting-edge technology to extract, manipulate, and analyze data.
  4. Conduct thorough research and use statistical and quantitative analysis techniques to identify trends and patterns in data.
  5. Develop and maintain data management systems to ensure accuracy, completeness, and security of data.
  6. Communicate findings and recommendations to various stakeholders, including senior management.
  7. Monitor and track data quality and make recommendations for improvements.
  8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and management.
  9. Work closely with other departments to understand their data needs and provide timely and accurate data insights.
  10. Help identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of data operations.
  11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures.
  12. Train and mentor junior team members on data analysis techniques and best practices.
  13. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including data security and confidentiality.
  14. Manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  15. Continuously improve data processes and systems to increase accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Or A Related Quantitative Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Data Analysis, Preferably In The Financial Services Industry.

  • Strong Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As Sql, Python, And R.

  • Experience With Data Visualization And Reporting Tools, Such As Tableau Or Power Bi.

  • Excellent Problem-Solving And Critical Thinking Skills, With The Ability To Analyze Complex Data And Make Data-Driven Recommendations.
