Process Quality Auditor

In this role, you will be responsible for conducting process audits, creating reports, and making recommendations to ensure compliance with applicable quality standards. To be successful in this position, you should have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to work independently.To be considered for this position, you must have a minimum of two years of experience in process auditing, along with a degree in Quality Assurance or a related field. Responsibilities: • Conduct process audits to ensure compliance with applicable quality standards. • Create reports and recommend changes/improvements to processes based on audit findings. • Maintain records and documents related to process audits. • Develop and implement process auditing strategies. • Train and mentor other process auditors. • Monitor process performance and take corrective action as needed. • Investigate customer complaints and provide solutions. • Work with other departments to ensure process quality. • Monitor and evaluate performance metrics. • Support the development and implementation of quality management systems. • Work with management to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. • Communicate audit results to internal stakeholders.
