
HR Operations Director
Federal-Mogul is seeking an experienced, strategic HR Operations Director to lead our Human Resources team. In this role, you will develop and implement HR policies and procedures while driving initiatives to improve employee engagement and support the company’s overall objectives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in leading global HR operations, demonstrating excellent organizational and communication skills.The successful candidate will have a minimum of 10 years' experience in a global HR Operations role, with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Additionally, the ideal candidate will have experience with HRIS, payroll, employee benefits, and conflict resolution.We are looking for an individual who is passionate about developing and maintaining a positive HR environment and providing a great employee experience. An individual who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and has strong interpersonal skills. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures that support the company’s overall objectives.
- Manage and oversee the global HR operations staff.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant federal and state laws regarding employment and labor.
- Lead organizational development initiatives to improve employee engagement.
- Manage the administration of employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, and life insurance.
- Administer payroll systems and ensure accurate payments to employees.
- Administer HRIS systems and maintain employee records.
- Resolve employee conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
- Support the recruitment and selection process, including interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
- Develop and implement training and development initiatives to support employee growth and development.
