HR Operations Director

We are looking for an experienced HR Operations Director to join our Federal-Mogul team. Responsibilities:

1. Oversee and manage HR operations across the global organization.
2. Provide strategic HR guidance and develop HR operations processes
3. Monitor and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
4. Develop and foster strong relationships with team members and other stakeholders
5. Manage employee relations and performance management issues
6. Lead and mentor the HR operations team
7. Analyze performance metrics and develop solutions to improve HR operations
8. Create and maintain effective HR policies and procedures
9. Develop and implement programs to increase employee engagement
10. Manage recruitment and onboarding processes.
