HR Generalist

At Federal-Mogul, we are seeking an experienced and motivated HR Generalist to join our team and provide support for our Human Resources department. The HR Generalist will be responsible for a wide variety of tasks, from recruiting and onboarding new employees to administering employee benefits and managing payroll. We are looking for an individual who is eager to learn and grow with our company.The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills and have a proven track record of success in the HR field. They should be committed to providing the highest level of customer service and be able to effectively manage multiple responsibilities. A Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field is required for this position. Additionally, a minimum of two years of experience in human resources is preferred.
