Responsibilities: -Provide strategic direction and oversight of the company’s Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) initiatives -Develop and implement effective EHS policies and procedures -Ensure compliance with global safety regulations -Lead the organization’s safety culture initiatives -Develop and implement creative and innovative solutions to promote a safe and healthy work environment -Conduct regular safety assessments and audits to identify areas that require improvement -Provide safety training and education to employees -Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the success of Federal-Mogul’s EHS programs -Develop and monitor EHS performance metrics -Monitor industry trends and best practices to remain up-to-date on emerging safety issues -Prepare reports and presentations on EHS programs and initiatives -Collaborate with other departments to ensure a safe and healthy work environment
