Responsibilities:

1. Inspect, assemble, and test various components according to established quality standards.
2. Maintain a safe work environment and adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.
3. Monitor progress of projects and adjust as needed to ensure timely completion.
4. Troubleshoot any production issues and make appropriate corrections.
5. Maintain accurate records of production data and update inventory as needed.
6. Follow all company policies and procedures.
7. Assist with training of new employees.
8. Perform preventive maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
9. Communicate effectively with other operators and supervisors.
10. Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure production goals are met.
