Elastomer Manufacturing Engineer

This will include troubleshooting and resolving production issues, creating process designs for new products, and ensuring that the desired product quality and reliability is achieved.The successful candidate for this position should possess a Bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably with a focus on elastomer processing. In addition, this position requires at least five years of experience in rubber manufacturing, as well as a thorough understanding of the processes and equipment used in the production of elastomer components. The individual should also have strong problem solving and communication skills, as well as a willingness to learn and use new technologies.
