Credit and Collections Analyst

We are looking for a talented Credit and Collections Analyst to join our team at Federal-Mogul. Responsibilities:

1. Analyze credit and collections operations to identify areas of improvement and create strategies for optimizing the overall process.
2. Maintain and update customer accounts, review customer credit histories, and process credit applications.
3. Monitor accounts receivable and ensure timely collections.
4. Research and resolve customer inquiries related to accounts receivable.
5. Prepare and submit periodic reports on collections activities.
6. Develop and maintain relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and resolution of payment issues.
7. Work with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely processing of customer payments.
8. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as applicable laws and regulations.
9. Assist with month-end close activities, such as accounts reconciliation and journal entry preparation.
10. Support other accounting and finance projects as needed.
