2. Perform product rework to support customer needs.

4. Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers.
5. Utilize technical knowledge and expertise to troubleshoot and diagnose customer issues.
6. Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
7. Create detailed reports on customer technical issues and solutions.
8. Identify and escalate customer issues that require further assistance.
9. Stay up to date on FANUC products and systems.
10. Provide feedback and recommendations for product improvements.
