Responsibilities: • Provide technical support to FANUC America’s customers by troubleshooting industrial robotics, automation, and related processes. • Monitor and maintain equipment and software to ensure optimal performance. • Identify and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner. • Assist in the development and implementation of new products and processes. • Analyze customer needs and provide technical solutions and recommendations. • Develop and maintain technical documentation, manuals, and presentations. • Research and analyze industry trends and develop strategies to stay ahead of the competition. • Provide training to customers and other team members on the use of FANUC America products and services. • Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
