Job Description

FANUC America is looking for an experienced Senior Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team! We are looking for an individual with a strong sense of professionalism, organization, and accuracy to maintain the integrity of our financial records. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of accounts receivable experience and possess a strong background in accounting principles and practices. Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the accounts receivable process, including invoicing, collections, and reconciliation.
  2. Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all financial records.
  3. Monitor accounts receivable aging and take action to collect overdue payments.
  4. Maintain customer accounts and records.
  5. Prepare financial reports and analysis.
  6. Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
  7. Collaborate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely invoicing.
  8. Develop and implement policies and procedures to streamline the accounts receivable process.
  9. Manage the resolution of discrepancies and disputes.
  10. Monitor cash flow and assist with cash management activities.
