Job Description

FANUC America is looking for an experienced and motivated Robotics Customer Support Representative to join our team. This role will require excellent technical, communication, and problem-solving skills. The successful candidate must be able to respond to customer enquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide comprehensive technical support.The ideal candidate should possess a degree in robotics, mechatronics, or a related field, as well as a minimum of two years customer service experience in a technical field. They must also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as a working knowledge of robotics and automation.If you have the necessary technical skills, experience, and knowledge, and you are passionate about helping our customers, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  1. Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support.
  2. Troubleshoot and diagnose customer issues.
  3. Provide comprehensive customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  4. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of robotics and automation.
  5. Develop and maintain customer relationships.
  6. Follow up on customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
  7. Document customer interactions and resolve customer complaints.
  8. Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure customer requests are met.
  9. Assist in the development and implementation of customer service policies and procedures.
  10. Proactively identify potential customer issues and provide solutions.
