Research & Development Engineer

You should have an advanced degree in engineering from an accredited institution, and at least 5 years of experience in a research and development role, with a focus on automation and robotics. Responsibilities:

1. Develop innovative solutions to complex engineering challenges.
2. Work collaboratively with the Research & Development team to design and implement solutions.
3. Utilize problem-solving skills to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
4. Utilize CNC controllers, software development, and industrial automation to create and improve solutions.
5. Create technical documentation and provide updates on progress to management.
6. Monitor and analyze industry trends and developments to identify areas for improvement.
7. Provide technical advice and support to other departments.
8. Adhere to safety protocols and regulations.
