Program Manager- Robot Systems

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
2. Monitor and manage program timelines and budgets.
3. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful program completion.
4. Create and implement quality assurance and control processes.
5. Analyze and identify areas of improvement in robotics technology and processes.
6. Develop and maintain detailed documentation of program progress and outcomes.
7. Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
8. Assist with training and onboarding of new clients.
9. Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards.
10. Manage and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.
