Job Description

FANUC America is seeking an experienced and driven Paint Process Engineer to join our professional team. This position requires an individual with a passion for engineering and a desire to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in paint process engineering, excellent problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of the principles of paint technology. The Paint Process Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and improving paint processes and systems to ensure the highest quality of paint products.To be considered for this position, qualified applicants must possess a bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, along with at least 2-3 years of experience in paint process engineering. Experience in the robotics industry is preferred. Responsibilities:

  1. Design, implement, and improve paint processes and systems to ensure the highest quality of paint products.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve paint process issues.
  3. Track and analyze trends in paint process performance.
  4. Develop and maintain paint process standards.
  5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all paint processes.
  6. Prepare and present reports on paint process performance.
  7. Communicate effectively with team members and other stakeholders.
  8. Assist in the development and implementation of new paint processes and systems.
  9. Work cross-functionally to ensure consistency and accuracy in all paint processes.
  10. Participate in process improvement initiatives.
