Manufacturing Supervisor

FANUC America is looking for an experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to join our team. We’re looking for an organized, motivated, and driven individual to take the lead in our manufacturing operations. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the efficient and safe operations of our manufacturing process while also managing the staff and overseeing the quality of the products.The ideal candidate for this role will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field of study, such as engineering, manufacturing, or industrial technology, as well as a minimum of five years of experience in production operations and supervisory roles. You should have a deep knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and be comfortable leading a team of production workers.
