
Customer Support Specialist
FANUC America is seeking an experienced, highly motivated Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, the Customer Support Specialist will provide first-class customer service and technical assistance to our valued clients. The successful candidate will have an excellent understanding of customer service and technical support principles, as well as the ability to build relationships with customers and internal team members. To be successful in this role, the applicant must have strong problem solving and communication skills, the ability to remain calm under pressure, and the capacity to work independently and in a team environment.
