Application Engineer (Simulation)

FANUC America is looking for an experienced and motivated Application Engineer (Simulation) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of simulation technologies, be highly organized and have a passion for providing solutions to customer needs.This role requires an individual with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field, with 3+ years of experience in a similar role. Additionally, a deep understanding of simulation software, such as MATLAB, Simulink, and/or Virtual Reality, is essential for success in this position. The Application Engineer (Simulation) will work closely with a team of developers, designers, and engineers to develop and deploy simulation solutions for our customers. This role requires a customer-focused attitude, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and the ability to think creatively when faced with complex challenges.

Responsibilities:

1. Implement and troubleshoot simulation technologies such as MATLAB, Simulink, and Virtual Reality.
2. Develop and deploy simulation solutions for customers.
3. Collaborate with other developers, designers, and engineers to ensure simulation solutions meet customer needs.
4. Provide technical support to customers regarding the use of simulation technologies.
5. Research new trends and technologies in simulation to ensure our solutions are up-to-date.
6. Maintain all documentation and records related to simulation projects.
7. Monitor and evaluate customer feedback to identify areas of improvement.
8. Test and evaluate simulation solutions for accuracy and reliability.
9. Stay up-to-date with industry and technological developments.
