At Fanatics, we strive to be the global leader in licensed sports merchandise. We are looking for a Strategic Operations Analyst to join our team and help us continue to drive our success. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized, solutions-oriented individual with experience in data analysis and operations management.The Strategic Operations Analyst will be responsible for using data analysis and operations management techniques to improve Fanatics’ operational effectiveness and efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a passion for data-driven decision making, problem-solving, and process optimization. This role requires an individual who excels at collaboration in a fast-paced environment and is committed to helping Fanatics achieve its business goals.The successful candidate should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field, as well as a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. Additionally, the candidate should possess strong analytic and problem-solving skills, be proficient in data analysis software, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.If this sounds like the ideal role for you and you have the qualifications we’re looking for, we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze data to identify opportunities to improve operational effectiveness and efficiency.
  2. Develop and implement effective operations management strategies.
  3. Utilize data analysis software to analyze data and identify trends.
  4. Collaborate with teams to ensure successful implementation of operations management strategies.
  5. Monitor performance of operations management strategies and make adjustments as needed.
  6. Develop effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teams, customers and stakeholders.
  7. Provide timely and accurate reporting on the progress of operations management initiatives.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  9. Research and analyze industry best practices to ensure Fanatics is a leader in licensed sports merchandise.
  10. Develop strategies to identify areas of improvement and create operational plans to meet identified goals.
