Staff Accountant

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Staff Accountant to join the Fanatics team. The Staff Accountant will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day accounting operations of the organization.To be successful in this role, you must have a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, and have at least one year of accounting experience. Responsibilities:

1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
2. Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports.
3. Reconcile bank accounts and ensure accurate processing of all transactions.
4. Prepare and process journal entries and accruals.
5. Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
6. Research and resolve discrepancies in financial records.
7. Monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable.
8. Maintain compliance with internal controls and external regulations.
9. Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
10. Identify and recommend process enhancements.
