We are searching for an experienced and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Senior Customer Experience Agent at Fanatics! Our ideal candidate should have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and experience while working in our fast-paced environment. You should have a comprehensive understanding of customer service best practices and a commitment to delivering excellent customer experience.The successful candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to solve complex customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner. Responsibilities:

  1. Provide outstanding customer service and experience to customers.
  2. Address customer inquiries and issues in a timely and accurate manner.
  3. Develop and maintain good relationships with customers.
  4. Respond to customer inquiries and requests in a professional and friendly manner.
  5. Research and resolve customer complaints.
  6. Utilize customer service best practices to deliver excellent customer experience.
  7. Remain current on customer service trends and best practices.
  8. Provide a positive attitude to customers and team members.
  9. Monitor customer feedback and provide solutions to improve customer experience.
  10. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and feedback.
