We are looking for a Senior Manager, VIP Account Management to lead our VIP Account Management team and ensure they are providing the highest level of customer service to our clients.The ideal candidate for this role will have 5+ years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a sports or e-commerce environment. They must be a determined leader with excellent problem-solving and communication skills and a deep understanding of customer service. Additionally, the Senior Manager, VIP Account Management must be adept at developing relationships with clients and adept at managing and motivating a team.If you love sports and e-commerce and have the qualifications and determination to lead our VIP Account Management team, then we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Lead our VIP Account Management team, providing guidance and direction.
  2. Ensure that customer service is being provided to clients at the highest level.
  3. Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients.
  4. Motivate and manage team members to ensure successful completion of tasks.
  5. Utilize problem-solving and communication skills to resolve customer service issues.
  6. Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback.
  7. Keep up-to-date with sports and e-commerce trends and developments.
  8. Foster an environment of collaboration and team work.
  9. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer service.
  10. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
