
Senior Manager, VIP Account Management
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager to join our VIP Account Management team at Fanatics. This is a fantastic opportunity for an organized, customer-focused professional to make an impact at a rapidly growing e-commerce company. The Senior Manager is responsible for overseeing the VIP Account Management team and ensuring a best-in-class experience for Fanatics’ most valuable customers. The position requires a strong leader with outstanding interpersonal and problem-solving skills.To be successful in this role, you should have prior experience in account management, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to think strategically. In addition, you must have excellent communication and project management skills. A passion for customer service and sports is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the VIP Account Management team.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer experience and ensure best-in-class service for Fanatics’ most valuable customers.
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback and guidance to ensure team members are meeting goals and objectives.
- Analyze customer feedback and develop strategies to address customer issues and concerns.
- Lead customer service initiatives to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement process improvements to streamline operations and increase efficiency.
- Manage team projects and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
- Identify potential growth opportunities and work with stakeholders to capitalize on them.
- Provide regular updates and reports on team performance and customer feedback.
