Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Manager to join our VIP Account Management team at Fanatics. This is a fantastic opportunity for an organized, customer-focused professional to make an impact at a rapidly growing e-commerce company. The Senior Manager is responsible for overseeing the VIP Account Management team and ensuring a best-in-class experience for Fanatics’ most valuable customers. The position requires a strong leader with outstanding interpersonal and problem-solving skills.To be successful in this role, you should have prior experience in account management, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to think strategically. In addition, you must have excellent communication and project management skills. A passion for customer service and sports is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee daily operations of the VIP Account Management team.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer experience and ensure best-in-class service for Fanatics’ most valuable customers.
  3. Monitor team performance and provide feedback and guidance to ensure team members are meeting goals and objectives.
  4. Analyze customer feedback and develop strategies to address customer issues and concerns.
  5. Lead customer service initiatives to ensure customer satisfaction.
  6. Develop and implement process improvements to streamline operations and increase efficiency.
  7. Manage team projects and ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  8. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners.
  9. Identify potential growth opportunities and work with stakeholders to capitalize on them.
  10. Provide regular updates and reports on team performance and customer feedback.
