Senior Director, Corporate Counsel

We are looking for a highly experienced and motivated Senior Director, Corporate Counsel to join the legal team at Fanatics. In this role, you will be responsible for providing legal advice and counsel to the business, managing our legal risk, and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The ideal candidate for this position will have a law degree from an accredited law school and at least ten years of relevant legal experience. We’re looking for an organized, detail-oriented self-starter who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with all levels of the organization. Responsibilities:

1. Advise and counsel the business on legal matters.
2. Manage legal risk and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

4. Monitor legal trends and developments and provide advice on how to address them.
5. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents.
6. Provide guidance on corporate governance, intellectual property, and other legal matters.
7. Represent the company in legal proceedings.
8. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure legal compliance.
9. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
10. Track and report on legal metrics and provide timely reporting to senior management.
