Project Coordinator, Design

Fanatics is seeking an organized and proactive individual to join our Design team as a Project Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for the coordination and facilitation of the design process from concept to completion. You will work closely with the Design team to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 2 years of project management experience in a creative environment. You should have an eye for detail and be able to multitask and prioritize a variety of different tasks. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also essential. Responsibilities:

1. Coordinate and facilitate the design process from concept to completion.
2. Work closely with the Design team to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.
3. Prioritize multiple tasks and ensure deadlines are met.
4. Maintain accurate records of project progress and ensure all tasks are tracked and completed.
5. Provide timely updates to stakeholders on project progress and timeline.
6. Handle ad-hoc project related requests and tasks.
7. Provide creative input and feedback to the design team.
8. Actively participate in design meetings and provide guidance and support to team members.
9. Ensure design standards and guidelines are met.
10. Assist in the development and implementation of project plans and timelines.
