This individual will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of SOX and internal controls. The ideal candidate should be an analytical thinker with excellent communication skills and a strong sense of accountability.We are looking for a professional with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field, and at least 5 years of relevant work experience in SOX compliance and internal controls. The successful candidate will have prior experience in financial controls and SOX compliance. Additionally, they should possess a deep knowledge of COSO Internal Control Framework and possess excellent problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate must also demonstrate effective leadership and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage all aspects of SOX and internal controls.
2. Analyze financial controls and SOX compliance.
3. Maintain deep knowledge of COSO Internal Control Framework.
4. Develop and implement SOX and internal control procedures.
5. Monitor and review the effectiveness of internal controls.
6. Identify areas of improvement and develop action plans to address them.
7. Coordinate and facilitate SOX and internal control audits.
8. Track compliance with SOX and internal control requirements.
9. Prepare reports to communicate the results of SOX and internal control audits.
10. Promote a culture of compliance and risk management.
11. Provide training and guidance to team members on SOX and internal control requirements.
12. Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with SOX and internal control policies and procedures.
