Manager, FP&A

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Manager, FP&A to join our growing Finance team at Fanatics. This role requires an individual who is comfortable in a fast-paced environment, has an eye for detail, and has a passion for developing and driving financial and business analytics. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to influence key business decisions and gain invaluable experience in the world of e-commerce.To be successful in this role, you must have the following qualifications: a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; a minimum of 5 years of FP&A experience; proficiency in Microsoft Excel; and strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Prior experience in a high-growth, tech-driven environment is preferred. Additionally, strong written and verbal communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of strategic financial plans and budgets in support of business objectives

• Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to analyze and project financial performance

• Monitor and analyze monthly operating results against budget, providing insight and analysis into variances

• Assist with the development and implementation of cost-reduction strategies

• Develop financial models to evaluate the financial impact of new products and initiatives

• Create ad-hoc financial analysis as needed

• Manage and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional teams

• Provide guidance and support to other departments in financial and business decisions

• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports and analysis

• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to ensure accuracy of financial information and analysis.
