Maintenance Lead

Fanatics is looking for an experienced, self-motivated Maintenance Lead to join our team and provide top-notch maintenance support for our facilities. We are looking for a reliable individual who has the technical know-how and hands-on experience to help keep our buildings and equipment in tip-top shape.The successful candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in building maintenance, excellent problem-solving skills, and a detail-oriented approach to their work. They must also possess a valid driver’s license and have the ability to lift up to 50lbs. The ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent communication skills and a positive attitude. This position requires a flexible schedule and willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities:

-Provide day-to-day maintenance support for Fanatics' facilities, including routine inspections and repairs -Identify and address potential maintenance issues before they arise -Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and building systems -Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities -Troubleshoot and repair all electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems -Order and maintain inventory of repair and replacement parts -Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations -Assist with the installation of new equipment and systems -Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operation -Maintain a clean and safe work environment -Lift up to 50lbs as needed -Work nights, weekends, and holidays as required
