• Lead and manage IT operations teams to ensure optimization of operations • Develop and implement IT strategies to maximize operational efficiency • Oversee server maintenance, application deployment, and network and system architectures • Manage and develop IT teams to ensure successful completion of projects and tasks • Ensure IT security and compliance with best practices and industry standards • Monitor the performance of IT operations and take corrective action as needed • Maintain detailed records of operational activity and performance • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess and improve IT operations • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and technologies to inform IT operations decisions • Train and mentor team members on IT operations best practices and procedures.
