Job Description

We’re looking for an eCommerce Order Management Manager to join our team at Fanatics! This role will be responsible for overseeing our order management processes and ensuring that our customers receive their orders in a timely and accurate manner. We’re looking for an individual with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to think critically. This individual should also have experience with order management systems and possess strong customer-service skills. If you’re excited about the challenge of leading our order management team and have the qualifications and experience to back it up, then we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee all order management processes and ensure that customer orders are received in a timely and accurate manner.
  2. Monitor order management systems and evaluate their performance.
  3. Communicate with customers to ensure that their orders are fulfilled in a timely and accurate manner.
  4. Address customer complaints and inquiries related to order management processes.
  5. Develop and implement strategies to improve order management processes.
  6. Create and maintain accurate records of order management activity.
  7. Monitor inventory levels and order fulfillment processes.
  8. Train and mentor order management team members.
  9. Analyze customer feedback to identify areas of improvement in order management processes.
  10. Stay up to date with industry best practices and trends in order management.
