We are looking for a motivated and organized eCommerce Operations Coordinator to join our team at Fanatics. The successful candidate will be a key player in managing our eCommerce operations, ensuring that our customers have a seamless online shopping experience.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in eCommerce operations, strong organizational skills, and excellent problem-solving abilities. They should be detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

  1. Manage day-to-day eCommerce operations, ensuring a seamless online shopping experience for customers.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to optimize eCommerce operations and customer service.
  3. Monitor performance, analyze data, and recommend improvements to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  4. Prepare and analyze reports related to eCommerce operations.
  5. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues that arise.
  6. Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
  7. Develop and maintain operational policies and procedures.
  8. Train and mentor junior staff members.
  9. Stay up-to-date on the latest eCommerce trends and technologies.
  10. Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
