
Director, VIP Account Management

Fanatics is looking for a Director, VIP Account Management to join our team and provide an unforgettable experience for our most valued customers. As the Director, VIP Account Management, you will lead the team responsible for managing our VIP program, ensuring customers receive the highest level of service and value. We are looking for a team player who is comfortable working in fast-paced environments and is highly organized. To be successful in this role, you must have a deep understanding of customer service, loyalty programs, and account management. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a customer-facing role, a Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. If you have a proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships and are excited about developing and driving a VIP program, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
- Lead team responsible for managing Fanatics VIP program
- Ensure customers receive highest level of service and value
- Work in fast-paced environment
- Implement and manage customer loyalty programs
- Establish and maintain customer relationships
- Develop strategies to improve customer service
- Monitor customer feedback and develop action plans
- Analyze customer data to identify opportunities and trends
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Create and update policies and procedures for VIP program
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management
- Provide timely and effective customer service
