At Fanatics, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Director of Human Resources to lead our HR team and perform essential functions to ensure our employees are supported in an ever-changing environment! The ideal candidate will be a strategic HR leader with a strong background in developing and executing effective HR strategies, policies, and programs.We are looking for someone who has excellent communication skills and is comfortable interacting with employees at all levels of the organization. The successful candidate will have proven experience in recruiting, coaching, and developing staff, and will possess a keen understanding of the dynamics of a fast-paced, customer-driven business.The Director of Human Resources should have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, as well as at least 8 years of experience in a senior HR leadership role. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in developing and implementing initiatives that promote employee engagement and growth. This individual should also possess excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate and resolve HR issues.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the HR team to ensure effective functioning of the department
- Develop and execute HR strategies, policies, and programs
- Oversee employee recruitment, coaching, and development
- Maintain a keen understanding of the dynamics of a customer-driven business
- Utilize excellent problem-solving skills to anticipate and resolve HR issues
- Promote employee engagement and growth within the organization
- Communicate and interact with employees at all levels of the organization
- Monitor and advise on all HR-related matters
- Ensure compliance with all applicable HR laws and regulations
- Update and maintain employee records and personnel files
