Job Description

Exxon Mobil is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Trading Analyst to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing the performance of our trading activities in order to identify areas of potential improvement and areas of risk.To be successful in this role, you must have a degree in finance or economics, excellent organizational and communication skills, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should also have an advanced knowledge of trading analysis and tools in order to accurately analyze and interpret data. A strong understanding of financial markets, energy markets, and commodities trading are essential. Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor and analyze the performance of trading activities to identify areas of potential improvement and areas of risk.
  2. Utilize advanced knowledge of trading analysis and tools to accurately analyze and interpret data.
  3. Stay up-to-date with financial markets, energy markets, and commodities trading.
  4. Develop and implement strategic solutions to optimize trading performance.
  5. Maintain effective communication with other departments and teams.
  6. Provide regular reports and updates on the performance of trading activities.
  7. Assist with the development and implementation of new trading strategies.
  8. Recommend changes and improvements to existing trading systems.
  9. Identify and mitigate any potential risks related to trading activities.
  10. Support other trading-related tasks as needed.
