In this role, you will be responsible for designing, optimizing, and troubleshooting chemical processes for our facilities.   1. Design and optimize chemical processes for Exxon Mobil facilities.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to chemical processes.
  3. Collaborate with the BR-Utilities team to ensure efficient and effective operation of chemical processes.
  4. Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions.
  5. Develop and maintain process documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  6. Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.
  7. Utilize data and trends to identify opportunities for process optimization and cost reduction.
  8. Actively participate in cross-functional teams to support project development and execution.
  9. Provide technical support and mentorship to junior engineers and team members.
  10. Stay updated on industry developments and advancements in chemical processes to continuously improve processes and operations.
  11. Collaborate with external vendors and suppliers to source and evaluate new process equipment and technologies.
  12. Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including management, colleagues, and clients.
  13. Uphold the company's values and standards in all work activities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Chemical Engineering Or Related Field From An Accredited University.

  • Minimum Of 10 Years Of Experience In Process Engineering, Preferably In The Oil And Gas Industry.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Chemical Processes, Including Distillation, Separation, And Reaction Engineering.

  • Knowledge Of Utility Systems, Including Steam, Cooling Water, And Power Generation.

  • Experience With Project Management, Process Optimization, And Troubleshooting In A Large-Scale Industrial Setting.
