  1. Develop and implement reliability improvement initiatives across all operations.
  2. Lead a team of engineers and technicians to drive continuous improvement and optimize maintenance processes.
  3. Identify and prioritize areas for equipment reliability improvement.
  4. Develop and maintain reliability strategies, standards, and procedures.
  5. Utilize industry best practices and data analysis to identify potential reliability issues and implement proactive solutions.
  6. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration on reliability initiatives.
  7. Monitor and track key performance indicators related to equipment reliability and develop action plans to address any areas of concern.
  8. Provide technical expertise and support to operations and maintenance teams to troubleshoot and resolve reliability issues.
  9. Conduct root cause analysis and develop corrective actions for equipment failures.
  10. Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve reliability practices.
  11. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations and promote a culture of safety and environmental stewardship.
  12. Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities related to equipment reliability.
  13. Mentor and coach team members to develop their skills and knowledge in reliability engineering.
  14. Prepare and present reports to management on reliability metrics and initiatives.
  15. Collaborate with external vendors and contractors to ensure reliability goals are met.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Engineering Or A Related Field

  • Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In A Maintenance Or Reliability Role Within The Oil And Gas Industry

  • Advanced Knowledge And Experience With Reliability Engineering Principles, Such As Root Cause Analysis And Failure Modes And Effects Analysis

  • Strong Understanding Of Industry Standards And Best Practices For Process Reliability, Including Api And Iso Standards

  • Proven Leadership Skills And Experience In Managing And Developing A Team Of Maintenance And Reliability Professionals.
