Job Description

Exxon Mobil is looking for a highly experienced Process Safety Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and mitigating process safety hazards to ensure the safety of our team members, the environment, and our community. We are seeking a motivated individual with extensive experience in process safety, hazard identification, and risk assessment. To be successful in this role, you must possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as a keen eye for detail.Your qualifications should include:• A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field • A minimum of 5 years of experience in process safety engineering• Working knowledge of process safety management principles and regulations• Ability to analyze process safety data and develop meaningful conclusions• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other related software• Strong organizational and interpersonal skillsIf you are passionate about process safety and have the qualifications we are seeking, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

  1. Identify, evaluate, and mitigate process safety hazards to ensure the safety of team members, the environment, and the community.
  2. Develop and maintain process safety management principles and regulations.
  3. Analyze process safety data and develop meaningful conclusions.
  4. Develop and implement process safety strategies.
  5. Maintain and update process safety documentation.
  6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure process safety standards are met.
  7. Monitor and inspect process safety equipment.
  8. Investigate process safety incidents and recommend corrective action.
  9. Create and maintain safety programs and training materials.
  10. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations.
