- Conduct research and analysis to identify potential oil and gas reserves and determine the most efficient methods for extraction.
- Design and oversee drilling and production processes, including well placement, completion, and stimulation.
- Utilize advanced software and technology to model and simulate reservoir behavior and optimize production.

- Keep abreast of industry trends, advancements, and best practices to continuously improve processes and stay competitive in the market.
- Represent Exxon Mobil in industry conferences and events and maintain positive relationships with partners, suppliers, and regulatory agencies.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Bachelor's Degree In Petroleum Engineering Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In The Oil And Gas Industry, Preferably With A Focus On Production And Reservoir Engineering.
Strong Technical Skills And Proficiency In Industry Software Such As Petrel, Eclipse, And Cmg.
Knowledge Of Drilling Processes, Well Completion, And Production Optimization.
Ability To Work In A Fast-Paced And Dynamic Environment, With Strong Problem-Solving And Communication Skills.
