Job Description

Exxon Mobil is seeking an experienced, dedicated Lithium Process Engineer to join our team. We are looking for a creative problem-solver with excellent analytical and communication skills. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in lithium process engineering and a commitment to safety and quality.The successful Lithium Process Engineer will have an in-depth understanding of lithium process engineering and be passionate about applying their knowledge to create new and improved lithium production processes. The successful candidate will be a team player with excellent organizational skills who is able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. The Lithium Process Engineer will be highly detail-oriented and have a commitment to excellence.We are looking for a professional who has a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, or a related field, and at least 3 years of experience in lithium process engineering. Candidates must have a working knowledge of laboratory procedures and techniques, as well as experience with laboratory safety protocols. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop new and improved lithium production processes.
  2. Monitor and analyze laboratory results to ensure safety and quality standards are met.
  3. Create process models and simulations to evaluate the efficacy of process changes.
  4. Maintain accurate records and documentation of all lithium process engineering activities.
  5. Ensure lab safety protocols are being followed.
  6. Establish and maintain excellent communication and collaboration with team members.
  7. Prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  8. Provide guidance and technical expertise to other team members.
  9. Troubleshoot and resolve issues with lithium process engineering.
  10. Monitor performance of lithium processes and recommend improvements.
