The ideal candidate will have a strong background in chemical engineering, an ability to think strategically, and a commitment to developing innovative solutions to help us drive growth. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, as well as ideally 4+ years of experience in the industry. The Chemical Engineer will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, and must be comfortable taking initiative and making independent decisions. The ability to effectively manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently is a must. The successful candidate will also possess excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as a commitment to safety, quality, and environmental compliance.
