  1. Develop and implement category strategies for the aviation and OSV categories in alignment with the company's overall business goals and objectives.
  2. Identify and evaluate suppliers to ensure the highest quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness for goods and services.
  3. Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers to achieve cost savings and optimize supplier performance.
  4. Monitor market trends and industry developments to proactively identify potential risks and opportunities for the company.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of category strategy into business operations.
  6. Conduct regular performance reviews of suppliers and implement corrective actions when necessary.
  7. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal departments and external suppliers.
  8. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all procurement activities.
  9. Lead and manage projects related to the aviation and OSV categories, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  10. Continuously seek out process improvements and cost-saving opportunities to drive efficiency and effectiveness in the procurement process.
  11. Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and standards related to aviation and marine procurement.
  12. Provide regular reports and updates to management on category performance, savings, and potential risks.
  13. Act as a subject matter expert for the aviation and OSV categories, providing guidance and support to other team members.
  14. Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to stay current on industry trends and best practices.
  15. Uphold the company's values and code of conduct in all interactions and activities.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Procurement Or Category Management In The Aviation Or Offshore Support Vessel (Osv) Industry.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Industry Trends, Market Dynamics, And Supplier Landscapes In The Aviation And Osv Categories.

  • Strong Negotiation And Contract Management Skills, With A Proven Track Record Of Driving Cost Savings And Optimizing Supplier Relationships.

  • Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills, With The Ability To Work Cross-Functionally And Manage Stakeholders At All Levels.
