- Maintain and troubleshoot all audio and video equipment in the broadcasting studio.
- Ensure the smooth operation of the studio during live broadcasts.
- Monitor and maintain the quality of audio and video output.

- Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on studio equipment to ensure optimal performance.

- Manage inventory of studio equipment and order necessary replacements or upgrades.
- Train and mentor junior staff members on operating and maintaining studio equipment.
- Implement and uphold safety protocols for all equipment and studio operations.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely and effective solutions to minimize disruptions during broadcasts.
- Communicate with outside vendors for technical support and repairs when needed.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless integration of equipment for broadcasts.
- Maintain detailed documentation of equipment maintenance and repairs.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements related to broadcasting equipment.
- Continuously audit and improve studio equipment and processes to maintain high-quality standards.
Bachelor's Degree In Electrical Engineering Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Broadcast Studio Engineering, Preferably In A Corporate Setting.
Proficiency In Audio And Video Equipment, Including Soundboards, Microphones, Cameras, And Editing Software.
Knowledge Of Industry Standards And Best Practices For Broadcast Production.
Strong Troubleshooting Skills And Ability To Quickly Resolve Technical Issues In A High-Pressure Environment.
