- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of customer projects.
- Stay updated on the latest industry developments and advancements in battery materials to provide valuable insights and recommendations to the team.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote long-term partnerships and foster business growth.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure quality control and adherence to project timelines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to battery materials in collaboration with customers.
- Provide technical support to sales and marketing teams to promote the benefits and capabilities of our battery materials to potential customers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the performance and capabilities of our battery materials to customers.
- Continuously evaluate and improve battery material development processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Bachelor's Degree In Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Customer Or Application Development In The Battery Materials Industry.
Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of Battery Materials, Including Lithium-Ion Chemistries And Electrode Manufacturing Processes.
Demonstrated Ability To Develop And Maintain Relationships With Key Customers And Industry Partners.
Excellent Problem-Solving And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Present Technical Information To Both Technical And Non-Technical Audiences.
