Bachelor's Degree In Business Administration, Marketing, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In Sales Or Account Management Within The Asphalt Industry.
Strong Knowledge And Understanding Of The Asphalt Market And Competitors.
Proven Track Record Of Successful Business Development And Account Management.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Strong Relationships With Clients And Stakeholders.
